“Battle Sani” Festival

Where: Sokol’nicheskiy Val St., 1, Sokolniki Park

When: February, 23

Ekaterina Znak (Marketing, Intermark Club team): “First of all, ‘Sani’ is a Russian word for ‘sled’. Sleds were a very common type of winter vehicle in the past. However, riding a sled is still a fun winter activity. This festival offers a modern twist and it is really worth noticing – it is not just a festival it is a contest – many participants come up with their own creative versions of sleds, show them off and compete for the prize. It does not matter if you are a contestant or just an observer, 100% guarantee that everyone will have fun!”
